Dynamic Walking (DW)

Dynamic Walking is an annual, community-organized meeting focused on the mechanics, control, modeling, and robotic and biological study of legged locomotion. The event brings together biomechanists, roboticists, theorists, clinicians, and engineers for single-track sessions emphasizing discussion, demonstrations, and informal exchange rather than formal proceedings. The conference rotates between host institutions (universities and research labs) in North America and Europe and typically attracts a few hundred researchers across disciplines. Local organizers change each year and the community posts edition-specific websites for calls and logistics.
