European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA)

The European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA) is a learned society for scholars and teachers in media and communication studies across Europe. ECREA organises thematic sections, temporary working groups and networks and runs large-scale European Communication Conferences (ECC) that bring together researchers, educators and doctoral students to present research, network and discuss developments in the field. The association also supports summer and doctoral schools, publications and activities aimed at improving communication research and higher education in Europe.
